穴窯とは薪をくべて時間をかけてじっくり焚き上げる窯です。安土桃山陶磁の里では窯から噴き出る炎を見学したり、窯の中に薪を入れる「窯焚き体験」が楽しめます。
A hole kiln is a kiln into which firewood is fed and in which firing takes place over time. At Azuchi-Momoyama Pottery Village, you can observe the flames blowing out from the kiln and enjoy the Kiln Firing Experience, where you actually put firewood into the kiln.
